The Covid-19 / coronavirus has had a great impact on our business and event industry bookings. At minimum, this will continue to affect the industry until mid 2021.

During this time we are operating as a delivery only service. Ordering online or over the phone will continue as normal.

We have experienced a big spike in orders for the end of 2020 as many events have been postponed to our already busiest period. We anticipate we will be 3-4 times busier than usual and we will be booked out of most equipment during this time.

We will not be buying much extra equipment to cover the extra demand as it is an unusual spike that will eventually return to normal. So if you plan to host an event between August 2020 and May 2021, you need to BOOK NOW.

Due to rising health, safety and liability concerns our warehouse is no longer open to the public every day.

We are now hosting a monthly open day on the second Saturday of each month from 9am to 12pm at our 28 Barrier St Fyshwick warehouse.

The open day will allow you to come and view equipment and ask any questions before placing your order online. The focus of the day will be to give you as much info as needed without the risk of being run over by a forklift or truck.

Upcoming open days in 2020 are Saturday 8 August, Saturday 12 September, Saturday 10 October, Saturday 14 November, Saturday 12 December.
