The Covid-19 / coronavirus has had a great impact on our business and event industry. At minimum, this will continue to affect the industry until 2022.

During this time we are operating as a delivery only service. Ordering online will continue as normal.

We have seen a big spike in orders for the end of 2020 and early 2021. Most March to August 2020 events were postponed and moved to the busiest part of the 2020-2021 season.

As a result, we won't have the stock or time to look after everyone. We will only confirm your order if we have the stock and time to look after you properly.

Due to rising health, safety and liability concerns our warehouse is no longer open to the public every day.

We are now hosting a covid-safe monthly open day on the second Saturday of each month from 9am to 12pm at our 28 Barrier St Fyshwick warehouse.

The open day will allow you to come and view equipment and ask any questions before placing your order online. The focus of the day will be to give you as much info as needed without the risk of being run over by a forklift or truck.

Upcoming open days are Saturday 12 December, Saturday 9 January, Saturday 13 February, Saturday 13 March.
